This event is one of our team fundraisers and will offset registration fees, support and retain our coaches, and continue to invest in our facilities such as BLOCKS! It is a wonderful opportunity for your child to share their accomplishments with supportive friends and family. It is a great team bonding activity for those who may not be ready to participate in meets.

WHAT:

Each practice group will be assigned a one-hour time block. Swimmers are encouraged, but not required, to stay and swim the entire time. The goal is to see how many laps they can swim in a one-hour period.

Parents or other volunteers are given counting sheets during the Swim-A-Thon so that laps can be counted. Swimmers will be encouraged to get sponsored “per lap” or a flat donation.

There will be snacks, music, and coaches cheering on your swimmers.

Our Banquet will be held Tuesday, July 14th at 6:00 pm-8:00 pm at Godwin High School.

Come and enjoy a dinner with teammates and reflect on all your swimmers have accomplished this season!

Please do not arrive prior to 6:00pm. When you arrive, we will ask that you get your family’s food and take a seat. The awards ceremony will begin roughly around 6:30-6:45 pm.

*If your family is unable to attend your child’s medal and or awards if won will be available for pick up that week at normal practice times as champs swimmers will still be practicing.
